Homogenized Casting Billet for Superior Performance
We employ a continuous in-house homogenized casting process that ensures optimal performance during the extrusion process. X-ray Color Sorting and Shredding Cycle: Aluminum Recycling
As part of our commitment to sustainability and quality, we utilize an X-ray color sorting system for high-efficiency aluminum material separation. This system processes up to 5 metric tons per hour, ensuring that only the highest-quality aluminum scrap is recycled. Our shredding cycle further refines the material, ensuring that it meets the stringent standards required for use in our extrusion processes.
Rotary Melt Furnaces: Enhanced Aluminum Melting Capacity
To ensure optimal melt quality, National Industries operates four rotary melt furnaces, each capable of handling 6 to 18 tons per batch. These furnaces are integral to our production process, allowing us to produce consistent, high-quality molten aluminum that meets the rigorous demands of extrusion. This advanced melting capacity enables us to produce high-performance extrusions that are both strong and lightweight.
