National Industries was founded in the vibrant industrial hub of Sachin, Gujarat, just 10 kilometers south of Surat. Our journey began modestly with a single aluminum extrusion line in Kim, a nearby town, marking the first step towards becoming a trusted name in the aluminum extrusion sector known for quality and reliability.
As the demand for our products grew, so did our operations. We expanded by adding three additional extrusion lines, significantly increasing our production capacity to meet the rising needs of our clients. This expansion was a testament to the trust and confidence our clients placed in National Industries for their aluminum extrusion requirements.
Today, National Industries stands strong with five state-of-the-art automated extrusion lines, each with unique capacities - 7.5 MN, 9.3 MN, 16.5 MN, 23 MN, 32.5 MN, and 86 MN. Complemented by a strategically positioned network of ten warehouses, our robust infrastructure ensures efficient distribution and storage, enabling us to meet the diverse and growing demands of our clients with precision and reliability.
Our commitment to growth and innovation continues beyond here. National Industries is set to further enhance its production capabilities with the introduction of three new press lines in the near future. This planned expansion is a clear reflection of our dedication to staying ahead in the aluminum extrusion industry by continuously investing in advanced technology and infrastructure.
A monumental leap forward in our journey is the introduction of India’s largest extrusion press, boasting a massive capacity of 86 MN.
This groundbreaking machine enables us to produce hollow profiles up to 550mm and solid profiles up to 600mm. This innovation not only solidifies our leadership in the manufacturing sector but also exemplifies our commitment to pushing the boundaries of technology, providing unparalleled precision, and offering our clients the flexibility they need.
National Industries is revolutionizing India's manufacturing landscape with this new facility, capable of producing profiles with exceptional tolerance accuracy - up to 600mm (1.2mm) for solid and 550mm (1mm) for hollow profiles. By producing profiles as wide as 650mm, we are reducing the country's reliance on imports from China and other nations, empowering India's economy with high-quality, 'Made in India' solutions.
